Greenfield Village Homes Association is hiring seasonal maintenance workers (spring, summer and fall) for positions that include groundskeeping, landscaping, and general exterior maintenance.

Job Description:
Groundskeeping and landscaping of the common areas include:
-
mowing and edging
-
weed control
-
other responsibilities as assigned to maintain the appearance of the common grounds
​
General exterior maintenance includes:​
-
routine cleaning of gutters and downspouts
-
painting of common buildings
-
minor repairs to common buildings and amenities of the Homes Association
Must be able to lift over 75 lbs, climb ladders to heights over 25 feet, perform repetitive motions, and work in the rain, snow/cold and summer heat.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
-
Monday to Friday

Salary: $17.00 per hour
​
Must be able to reliably communte
​
Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:​ Driver's License
​
