Please visit the Homeowners & Residents page for a copy of the Resident Handbook and Emergency Data Form. 

 

If you are a new homeowner, please send a stamped, filed copy of your warranty deed and a copy of your homeowner's insurance certificate to the Business Office as soon as possible so your account can be created. 

If you are unable to find the information you're looking for, please submit a special request.

Requests are processed in the order in which they are received, from the date of most recent inquiry. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for processing.

LIENS: the process requires approximately 2 weeks and could take longer depending on the complexity of the lien being released. Greenfield Village DOES NOT research liens. Please contact the title company or Jackson County Recorder of Deeds for any questions you may have.
